Loved the article, and share a common belief in the value of employee satisfaction to Lean success.
I'll add in another piece of evidence supporting your stance. Alex Edmans of Wharton did an article a while back on how the companies on Fortune Magazine's best places to work list have consistenly outperformed the market. 8% higher from 1998-2005, and 4% higher over a more extended time.
